This is a full-time hands on role as a Lead Multi-Skilled onsite tradesperson although our business is based in the North West our clients and contracts are all over the UK. The role is a hands on one that involves managing and leading the installation of our turn key projects onsite, which are predominantly for carehomes, hospitals and SEN schools. You will need to take great pride in your work as our standards are always high. You should have extensive experience and knowledge off working on similar contracts, some of the desirables would be experience of some or all of the following:- installations of waterproof floor and wall membranes, wet floor formers and associate drainage, proficient and good understandings of electrical & plumbing systems, installation of specialist equipment, good joinery/carpentry skills, setting out, internal Doors/Frames, Studwork, Dry lining, Decorating/finishing and all other general areas of construction. The position requires the ability for you to be able to work as part of a team, along with supervising the work of others, and communicating professionally and effectively with all our clients and work colleagues at all times. Initially this position will be paid through our 3rd party agency, following an induction period the right employee will be hired through Keystone Contracts on a permanent contract.
